A sound bath is an experience that may also be labeled as other names– sound healing, sound therapy, sound bowl experience, sound meditation. Nonetheless, a sound bath experience is a powerful experience that can help calm your mind for deeper, easier meditation.
Relax, listen, and feel the vibrations. Tibetan singing bowls help heal the body with their peaceful notes and vibrations that match the frequency of our seven chakras. Sometimes we experience uneasy moments of life, trouble sleeping, physical pain, emotional pain, or simply unbalanced feelings.
